  About DREAM Delta DREAM Delta is an independent, community-based civic advocacy initiative formed to promote public engagement on matters relating to local governance, land use planning, and community development within the City of Delta. DREAM Delta is  not a registered political party, electoral organization, or third-party advertising sponsor  under the provisions of the  Local Elections Campaign Financing Act  (“LECFA”), and does not currently engage in activities that would require such registration.
